David J Medina, CFP®, CWS®, CPFA - Financial Advisor
David's extensive experience in the areas of wealth management and qualified retirement plans allows him to offer knowledgeable financial advice. In both of these disciplines, he is passionate about helping clients reduce expenses and meet their financial goals. Prior to joining the firm, David gained 25 years of corporate experience and renovated the Avon Representative 401(k) Plan. He serves as Treasurer for the Elizabeth House crisis pregnancy center where he helped establish a 403(b) plan, and manages their endowment pro bono. David began his collegiate career at the University of California, Los Angeles, then earned his bachelor's and MBA degrees from the University of Southern California.
Catherine Ryder - Registered Client Associate
Cathy has worked in various departments during her 33 years in the brokerage business. Her previous roles include cashier, customer service, compliance, new accounts, state registrations, syndicate, sales assistant and ADV registrations. As a registered client service associate with D.A. Davidson & Co., Cathy is committed to providing clients with professional service. She enjoys research, and attends to clients in a friendly, courteous manner to fulfill their requests or answer questions. Cathy holds the Series 7 & 66 Licenses and graduated with a BA from from Brigham Young University. Her hobbies include reading, needlework & gardening.

Steven Condon – President, Asset Management and Trust
Steve oversees the wealth and trust management divisions at D.A. Davidson Companies. Within D.A. Davidson Trust Company, he has broad oversight responsibility for ensuring the trust company provides comprehensive planning for its clients and also for management of the firm’s team of professionals. Steve joined the firm in April 2015 after previously serving as President of The Corundum Group in Colorado Springs. Additionally, he was a founder and board member of Central Bancorp, Inc., a diversified holding company. Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
April Zee – Associate Director, Wealth Planning
April creates holistic, tailored and objective wealth planning solutions by helping clients first explore, then more clearly identify, what is most important to them. April has more than 15 years of financial experience and has earned a certificate as a Personal Financial Planner. She holds a master’s in psychology from Pepperdine University and a bachelor’s in psychology from the University of California, San Diego. She has completed course work for her doctorate in psychology from Ryokan College.

John Bebee, CFP® – Senior Vice President, Director of Insurance & Retirement Plan Services
John heads the Retirement Plan Services Department and is a resource for qualified and non-qualified retirement plan services, He consults on IRAs, SIMPLEs, SEPs, annuities, 529 Plans and other retirement planning vehicles. John joined the firm in 1987 after serving as Deputy Insurance Commissioner for the State of Montana. He has served in various capacities throughout his career with D.A. Davidson Companies, including Interim President of D.A. Davidson Trust Company and Vice President of the D.A. Davidson Trust Employee Benefit Department. John has a degree in business administration and an MBA, both from the University of Montana. He is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.


Connie Bergstrom, QPFC, AIF® – Vice President, Retirement Plan Consultant

Connie works with the firm’s financial advisors and their retirement plan clients to help find solutions, empowering plan sponsors to act in the best interests of plan participants and their beneficiaries. Connie provides education, marketing and support for all types of retirement plans and is a resource for qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, IRAs and annuities. She joined D.A. Davidson in 1997 with 10 years of prior experience in the financial industry. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business - finance in addition to the Qualified Plan Financial Consultant designation through the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries, and the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® certification from the Center for Fiduciary Studies.

Jeff Taylor – Senior Vice President, Davidson Insurance Agency
Jeff assists clients in all aspects of their risk management needs. He has extensive experience in the profession, having worked in insurance, estate planning and investment planning since 1984, and for more than nine of those years, owned and operated his own insurance agency, The Taylor Group. Jeff was a contributing expert for the book “Wealth Management and Preservation,” with the National Network of Estate Plan Attorneys, and has completed work with the College for Financial Planning and Life Underwriter Training Council. He is active in various professional organizations.
